PartnersOne Terms and Conditions

I/We, hereafter called "Member" of PartnersOne, hereby apply for the privilege of trading goods and services with other members. I/We agree to:

Pay an initial enrollment fee of $300. Annual renewal fees of $300 trade dollars will be automatically deducted from the Member's account on the anniversary date for the following year.

Pay a cash transaction fee of 10% based on the gross value of each purchase from other Members. This transaction fee is processed in the PartnersOne web-based accounting system, through a member-controlled Cash Reserve Account (CRA).

Sell goods and services with trade dollars at their normal, customary rates, equivalent to the rates they typically offer in a cash environment.

Conduct all transactions for goods and services with any other member in 100% trade dollars, unless prior approval for a partial or full cash portion is granted by PartnersOne for each transaction.

Rules & Regulations

By participating in the PartnersOne network, each Member further agrees to abide by the following Rules and Regulations:

Purchases made by Members are limited to the trade dollar balance accrued to their account and/or an approved credit line as established by PartnersOne.

Credit for sales will be applied to a Member’s account immediately upon entry and approval of the transaction. Transactions exceeding credit thresholds or lacking adequate funds in the Cash Reserve Account (CRA) for transaction fees will not be processed.

Upon request, either PartnersOne or the Member may initiate a "Standby" status to temporarily suspend the Member’s selling capability, except when the account is in deficit.

All equipment provided by PartnersOne to facilitate transactions remains PartnersOne's property. This equipment must be returned upon membership termination, and the Member is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage from non-standard use.

Trade dollars are accepted as legal tender within the PartnersOne network, following PartnersOne policies and procedures. However, they may not be converted to cash except as permitted by these policies.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-sellable without prior approval from PartnersOne.

Members are eligible to earn $250 trade dollars for each approved new member they refer.

PartnersOne is not liable for the quality, timely delivery, payment, warranties, or any issues arising from goods and services traded between Members or with PartnersOne. Members with recurring issues may be subject to review and potential termination of membership.

The responsibility for declaring and reporting local, state, and federal taxes resulting from trade transactions lies solely with the Member.

PartnersOne reserves the right to suspend any Member’s account activity if they fail to comply with established policies and procedures.

Either the Member or PartnersOne may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding balance owed to PartnersOne must be settled within 30 days, either in goods and services acceptable to PartnersOne or in cash. If this obligation is referred to an attorney, the Member agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees.
